Eha-Vally Policy- Eha-vally is strictly not liable for any loss of delivery packages via Normal Mail
- All Eha-vally items will be thoroughly checked and sealed properly before mailing out
- Eha-vally will not entertain any defects / swaps/ ex-change.
- All colors are subjected to availability
- No Trades or ex-change if items does not fit
- Cancellation of orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement
(otherwise* you will be deemed as DEADBUYER)
- For customized orders especially applicable for *C#1 / C#2* handling time will depend on your order quantity
Ordering
1- Place your order (fill in the order form at the bottom of the page)
2- Only place order when you are very sure of buying the item
3- Invoice will be sent to you
4- Please make payment within 24-48 hrs as of reply from invoice.
Payment
1- Once order is confirmed and invoice is confirmed
2- Payment details will be sent to you personally
3- Payments must be made within 24 - 48 hrs ( should more time be given, please arrange)
4- Once payment is made, keep a receipt of the transaction and sent a picture /ref no./ transaction no. to us
5- Once confirmed of the transaction, we will proceed with mailing out the items
6- Handling time for normal product will be 1-2 working days.
Delivery
Only normal mail and Registered mail is available .
Meet-ups are not encouraged. Unless for bulk buyers or to our convenience.
